Resident Services Programs
DIMEO PROPERTIES has a
strong resident services program which is led by a full time supervisory level
resident services coordinator, and assisted by two full time resident services
coordinators, a part time resident services coordinator and three part time
youth coordinators.
The Youth RAP (Resident Activities Program) is a program that has been
implemented at four of the properties presently managed by DIMEO PROPERTIES,
representing more involvement than any other management company in the state of
Rhode Island. The programs are primarily funded by grants provided by Rhode Island Housing. The Youth RAP programs
were developed in an effort to provide a structured environment, during the
summer months and after school, for the children of the development.
