Year end 401(k) plan value grew to $2.5 million at year end 2009 from $1.7 million in the prior year end. Deposits in the DIMEO PROPERTIES 401(k) plan totaled $230,000 including company matching contributions. Currently, the company matches employee contributions on a dollar for dollar basis, up to 6% of pay. In addition, the company match amount is fully vested at the time of contribution.

March, 2010 - Dimeo Announces Prior Year Revenues

DIMEO PROPERTIES announced revenues of $5.5 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009 a 15% decrease from revenues of $6.5 million for fiscal 2008. Income from operations also decreased to $1.7 million from $1.9 million in the prior year, a 12% decrease.
