DIMEO PROPERTIES has a
generous employee benefits program as recognized by an independent survey of
regional real estate companies. Some of these benefits include health and
dental plans of which the company pays 80% of the costs for either a family or
individual plan. Our 401(k) plan provides for a dollar for dollar matching
contribution of up to 6% of pay. Group life, long term disability, flexible
spending and dependent care plans are also provided.
DIMEO PROPERTIES also encourages professional development of company staff by
providing reimbursement for attendance at work-related courses, seminars and
training. Staff is encouraged to participate in a number of awareness and
fundraising efforts to assist community charities.
